About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Edit a variety of video content (e.g., marketing campaigns, social media clips, internal communications, and product demos).
• Assemble raw footage and transform it into a polished, compelling final product.
• Incorporate graphics, music, sound effects, and color correction to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all videos are on-brand, with a consistent style and high visual quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay current with the latest video trends, styles, and editing software.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player with copywriters, designers, and account managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years

  of professional video editing experience (internships/freelance also considered).
• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and

  Adobe After Effects

  for cutting, compositing, and motion design.
• Hands-on experience using

  AI video tools

  (e.g., Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Kapwing, Descript, or similar) for tasks such as scene generation, rotoscoping, upscaling, voice enhancement, and automated editing.
• Ability to use

  AI workflows

  to speed up editing deliverables (auto captions, AI masking, AI cut detection, text-to-video, style transfers).
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills for creating

  modern, clean, and engaging graphics

  .
• Foundational skills in

  colour grading

  (DaVinci Resolve is a plus) and

  audio enhancement

  .
• Experience creating

  motion graphics, animations, custom titles, and transitions

  .
• Ability to edit in multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for

  social media, ads, and long-form content

  .
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to clean, polished, aesthetic visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments and meet strict deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
