Key Responsibilities

• Create videos using advanced AI tools (e.g.,

  Veo 3, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Pika Labs, OpenArt

  ).
• Develop and manage

  digital personas / AI avatars

  for repeatable brand storytelling.
• Turn provided

  scripts + references

  into polished, platform-native videos.
• Generate professional voiceovers with

  TTS

  and sync cleanly to visuals.
• Add

  dynamic, on-brand subtitles/captions

  to boost clarity, retention, and accessibility.
• Build and maintain a

  prompt library

  and

  content repository

  for repeatable workflows.
• Continuously

  research, test, and recommend

  new AI tools to improve quality and speed.

• Optimize pipelines

  for mass content production (batching, templates, automations).
• Collaborate with content/marketing to align output with

  brand voice

  and campaign goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience with

  AI video generation/editing

  tools.
• Strong understanding of

  YouTube & Instagram

  formats and trends (Shorts/Reels).
• A creative storyteller with solid

  pacing, structure, and hook

  instincts.
• Comfortable with

  TTS

  , subtitles, and

  accessibility best practices

  .
• Excellent

  time management

  ; can juggle multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Proactive, self-directed, and curious about
