Job Description

The Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves collaboration with various departments to identify automation opportunities, develop solutions, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems. Typical Duties and Responsibilities Analyze existing processes to identify areas for automation. Design and develop automation scripts and tools. Implement automated solutions and monitor their performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide automation support. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automated systems. Provide training and documentation for end-users regarding automated processes. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to automation. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in process automation, software development, or systems engineering is preferred. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell). Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with cloud-based automation solutions is a plus. Show more Show less
