Job Description

Goal: Hire one strong AI Tech Lead who can architect and guideimplementation of real-time AI systems across voice automation, LLMpipelines, and knowledge-enhanced applications
The role requires architectural judgment, hands-on AI/LLM expertise, and theability to define best practices, performance benchmarks for scalable, low-latency AI products
The Tech Lead will lead design and development of distributed, provider-agnostic AI architectures (multi-provider LLMs, STT/TTS chains, microservices)with performance guarantees including low speech-to-speech latency, resilientfailover, distributed scaling, load balancing, and cost-efficient inference paths
They will define architectural dos and donts for GenAI systems: promptdesign and safety patterns, context shaping, fallback logic, caching, and real-time agent orchestration
They will lead AI model governance, including evaluation and selectionframeworks for multiple LLM providers, routing logic, benchmarking, prompt-safety controls, context-window optimization, token efficiency, and overallcost management
They will establish KPIs for LLM quality, latency, reliability, groundingaccuracy, and system stability, and continuously evaluate new modelcapabilities and trends
They will ensure data security include ensuring sensible handling ofvoice/transcript data, applying basic PII-safe practices, and supportingretention/isolation needs in multi-tenant flows
The Tech Lead will own knowledge integration and RAG architecture: vectordatabases, retrieval strategies, chunking policies, context enhancement,hybrid grounding methods, and trends such as function-calling and knowledgegraphs
They will ensure retrieval quality is high enough for accurate, safe,and domain-grounded AI responses
