Job Title: AI Tech Lead Location: India, Remote Experience Required: ● 5+ years total IT experience, including 2–3 years in AI/ML solution design and implementation (agency or product environments preferred) Role Overview ● ● The AI Solutions Architect at Zyphex Tech acts as the bridge between business and development teams, translating business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions for web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. The role involves system design, rapid prototyping, and technical leadership, ensuring all AI solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with client objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong software architecture expertise with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks, data engineering, and cloud-based deployment architectures across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities – Solution Architecture & Framework Design ● ● ● Design end-to-end AI architectures spanning data ingestion, model development, deployment, and integration with web/mobile platforms. Select suitable AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and tools based on scalability and performance for client projects. Establish design standards and document architecture blueprints, technical diagrams, and data flows. Technical Leadership & Collaboration ● ● ● ● Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs for client and internal projects. Guide full-stack developers and collaborate with data scientists throughout the project lifecycle. Support DevOps in implementing MLOps pipelines, versioning, and automation for scalable deployments. Advise on build vs. buy decisions for AI components, balancing cost and strategic value. Hands-On Development & Prototyping● ● ● ● Develop proof-of-concept models to validate solution architecture for diverse data types (NLP , Computer Vision, Tabular, etc.). Guide and participate in the training and fine-tuning of AI models, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and interpretability. Provide technical expertise in programming, debugging, and optimizing AI applications. Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate trained models into production environments with efficient APIs or pipelines. Governance, Security & Optimization ● ● ● Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards for all Zyphex Tech solutions. Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for architectural improvement and optimization. Contribute to risk assessments and technical mitigation plans for mission-critical applications. Internal to Zyphex Tech Required Skills & Qualifications ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Programming: Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow), C++ (OpenCV), R (Keras/TensorFlow) Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and modular AI design Cloud Platforms: Google Vertex AI (preferred), AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML, GCP MLOps: Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or Vertex Pipelines Data Systems: Experience with SQL/NoSQL, data lakes, and ETL orchestration Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented Proactive and adaptable with cross-functional leadership experience Education & Experience ● ● ● ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Minimum 6 years in IT, including 2–3 years in AI/ML or data-driven architecture Prior experience in solution design, integration, or enterprise architecture preferred Experience in projects related to web/app development, Bioinformatics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or the Bioindustry vertical is a plus
