Job Title: AI Systems Engineer Enterprise AI Agent & Executive Assistant

Core Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Data Integration & AI Data Modeling

  • Integrate AI agent with enterprise systems:
    ERP/SAP, S/4HANA, Oracle, Dynamics, Tally, Zoho, custom ERPsCRM, HRMS, Workflow tools, BI dashboardsSQL/NoSQL databases
  • Build ETL/ELT pipelines for AI use cases
  • Work with:
    Azure SQL, AWS RDS, BigQuery, Snowflake, Supabase
  • Design data schemas optimized for AI retrieval
  • Build real-time data sync layers for AI queries

2. AI Agent Development (LLM, RAG, Automations)

AI Agent

  • Build RAG pipelines (retrieval, indexing, embeddings)
  • Create multi-step reasoning workflows
  • Use LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Assistants
  • Integrate memory, tools, and API functions
  • Create multi-agent systems for:
    Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, PMO, Management
  • Design task execution agents (emails, reminders, actions)
  • Build natural-language query systems for enterprise data

3. Voice AI + Multichannel Agent Deployment

  • Integrate voice calling (Twilio / Deepgram / ElevenLabs / Resemble)
  • Build conversational UI flows for:
    WhatsAppSlackTeamsWeb ChatMobile app
  • Enable push notifications, voice-triggered insights
  • Provide personalized daily summaries for CEOs/CXOs

4. AI-Powered Analytics & Predictive Layer

  • Build forecasting models using Python
  • Create anomaly detection pipelines
  • Implement KPI alerts, early-warning systems
  • Integrate ML outcomes into AI responses
  • Work with Power BI / Tableau dashboards for data retrieval

5. Automation & Agentic Execution

  • Build automation layers using:
    n8n, Make, Zapier, custom microservices
  • Enable actions like:
    “Send reminder”, “Create task”, “Draft email”, “Pull report”,“Generate forecast”, “Prepare meeting brief”, etc.
  • Build event-driven triggers tied to ERP/BI systems

6. Security, Governance & Enterprise Compliance

  • Implement role-based access
  • Manage data governance rules
  • Build secure API gateways
  • Ensure encryption, tokenization, enterprise-grade compliance
  • Prepare documentation for deployments
  • Work with enterprise IT teams

7. Product R&D & Roadmap Evolution

You will shape the core product direction:

  • Improve AI CEO agent logic
  • Build advanced company health scoring
  • Design new modular agents
  • Develop mobile-friendly UI interactions
  • Improve latency, accuracy, and reliability
  • Experiment with GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral models

Mandatory Skills

AI/ML

  • LLMs: GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, Llama
  • RAG pipelines
  • LangChain / LangGraph
  • Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Qdrant)
  • Python for data processing & ML
  • OpenAI Assistants API
  • Knowledge of embeddings, function calling

Data Engineering

  • SQL (Advanced)
  • Data modeling & warehouse concepts
  • ETL/ELT (ADF, Glue, Dataflow, custom pipelines)
  • API development & integration (REST/GraphQL)

Automation

  • n8n, Make, Zapier
  • Event-driven architecture
  • Message queues (RabbitMQ/SQS optional)

Cloud

  • Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Serverless functions
  • Microservices basics

Security

  • JWT, OAuth2, IAM
  • API access control
  • Enterprise networking basics

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with SAP connectors, OData, CDS Views
  • Power BI or Tableau exposure
  • Node.js or Python backend experience
  • WhatsApp Cloud API
  • Voice AI (ElevenLabs / Twilio / Deepgram)
  • UX/UI understanding for conversational interfaces
  • Experience with enterprise clients
