Description
As a System Architect, you will be responsible for defining and communicating a shared architectural vision for a complex product that supports current and future business needs. You will collaborate with Agile teams to consider solutions, validate technology assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and converge on a solution. Additionally, you will work closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to deliver solutions aligned with broader architecture guardrails. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and participate in the planning, definition, development, and high-level design of complex product solutions and architectural alternatives - Enable a continuous delivery pipeline through proper design guidelines - Define and communicate system interfaces, data structures, data storage, integrations, cybersecurity considerations, test automation concepts, and deployment approaches - Establish and communicate critical nonfunctional requirements - Collaborate closely with senior IT and business leaders, enterprise architects, and Cyber Security teams - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of machine learning workflows and manage the lifecycle of large language models - Design and optimize prompts to guide the behavior of language models and provide strategies to improve their accuracy - Design and implement AI-driven solutions to accelerate application onboarding to IAM platforms such as Saviynt, Okta, Entra, and KeyFactor - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM artifacts, including automated testing, validation, and deployment - Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to interpret REST API documentation and generate IAM integration artifacts - Build intelligent agents that can translate API documentation into configurations compatible with IAM solutions - Use Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to automate manual IAM fulfillment tasks that cannot be handled via APIs or connectors - Collaborate with architects and product managers to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions - Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor automation performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement - Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements - Stay current with emerging AI/ML and RPA technologies and recommend tools or frameworks that can enhance IAM automation Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution - Overall 10 plus years of experience with 7+ years of relevant experience in the software industry Skills: - Extensive experience utilizing best practices in software engineering - Expert level understanding of Azure Open AI, LLMOps, MLOps, Machine learning, RAG, Model Tuning, and accuracy evaluation - Extensive experience developing enterprise-grade, highly scalable, highly performant applications and/or distributed systems - Expert level skills in C# and Python - Expert level understanding of software design principles, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading concepts - Expert level understanding of DevSecOps, CI, and CD principles - Extensive experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services - Solid understanding and proven usage of cybersecurity concepts - Extensive experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban - Experience with multiple cloud service providers such as Azure, AWS, and GCP - Familiarity with models like LAMA, Mistral, etc - Advanced verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences - Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skills - Ability to work collaboratively on a technical team - Patience and empathy when working with and coaching developers and testers - Extensive experience working with diverse, global cultures, organizations, and teams,
