Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Solution Designer & Implementor to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions within Retail Analytics Engineering Platforms. The role demands deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and MLOps, with a focus on building scalable, production-ready enterprise systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement AI/ML solutions including Generative AI, Agentic systems, and LLM applications (fine-tuning included).Design & deploy intelligent AI agents using LangChain & LangGraph to improve user experience and operational efficiency.Build and optimize NLP/document processing pipelines using GCP and Azure tech stacks.Lead the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and multi-agent architectures.Establish & maintain robust LLMOps/MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.Develop and deploy models using PyTorch, MLFlow, FastAPI.Implement scalable ML infrastructure with Kubernetes and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and modernize IT infrastructure.

QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of IT systems and AI/ML solution delivery experience.Proven experience in designing & deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions.Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and scalable AI infrastructure.
