AI SEO Associate

This role combines SEO fundamentals with emerging AI search strategies. Your job is to make our content, brand, and programs highly discoverable when students and parents ask AI tools for recommendations.

• Optimize content and brand positioning for AI platforms and answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, etc.)
• Identify what AI tools currently say about Learn with Leaders and shape our presence through content, citations, and structured publishing
• Develop strategies to increase mention frequency, correctness, and recommendation likelihood across AI-generated responses
• Track performance using tools and manual testing, and build visibility scorecards over time

• Conduct keyword research and topic mapping for high-intent student and parent searches
• Optimize landing pages, blog content, and program pages for SEO and AI readability
• Improve content structure for better indexing, excerpting, and summarization (headings, FAQs, schema suggestions)
• Support internal teams with on-page SEO best practices

• Analyze search performance and engagement metrics using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis and keyword gap research
• Generate weekly reports and recommendations for leadership and content teams

• Work with content, marketing, product, and partnerships teams to ensure growth strategies are aligned
• Help build repeatable workflows for content production that are AI and SEO-first

• Learn with Leaders begins showing up consistently in AI-generated recommendations for relevant topics
• Stronger keyword rankings and traffic from organic search
• Higher visibility for flagship programs and partner programs
• Clean reporting systems and measurable performance improvements month-on-month

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively
• Proficiency in keyword research and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, GA4, etc.)
• Strong communication and research skills
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and evolving search trends
• Curious and fast learner, comfortable exploring new AI tools and workflows
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in SEO research, content strategy, or related certification is preferred
• Bonus: familiarity with schema, topical authority, and AI search optimization concepts
