As an AI Research Engineer, you’ll explore and develop innovative machine learning algorithms with a direct impact on industrial automation. Bridging advanced research and real-world challenges, you’ll contribute to turning state-of-the-art research into industry-ready AI solutions. Your Responsibilities • Conduct applied research in ML, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and related fields. • Rapidly prototype, test, and evaluate novel AI algorithms. • Publish and present research results in leading journals and conferences. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to transfer research into practical applications. Our Requirements • Master’s or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related fields. • Proven research experience, ideally with a track record of publications. • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). • Experience translating research into practical, scalable solutions.
