Role Overview

Join our dynamic RD team to explore cutting-edge AI technologies, identify emerging opportunities, and contribute to innovative solutions. This collaborative learning experience focuses on hands-on research, implementation, and knowledge sharing in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research on current AI trends, technologies, and applications including LLMs, computer vision, and generative AI
Analyze market opportunities and assess feasibility of AI implementations across various domains
Develop proof-of-concept models and prototypes using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch frameworks
Collaborate with senior researchers on real-world AI projects and experimentation
Document findings, methodologies, and create technical reports for internal knowledge sharing
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and project brainstorming sessions
Present research progress through bi-weekly demos and final project presentations

Required Qualifications

Must-Haves

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field (final year students or recent graduates)
Strong programming proficiency in Python with experience in NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
Understanding of machine learning fundamentals including supervised/unsupervised learning and model evaluation
Knowledge of deep learning concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with research aptitude

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI applications
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment technologies
Previous internship or project experience in AI/ML development
Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices
Understanding of AI ethics, bias evaluation, and responsible AI principles
