- Design exceptional, industry-standard UX workflows focused on usability, accessibility, and modern design aesthetics for GenAI solutions.
- Develop interactive, responsive UI components using React, ensuring seamless integration with backend and AI/ML models.
- Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and designers to conceptualize and implement creative solutions for GenAI-based user interactions.
- Manage Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring efficient build, release, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
- Translate Figma or design prototypes into production-ready React components with reusable, modular structures.
- Conduct usability reviews, gather user feedback, and refine UI/UX designs based on insights and analytics.
- Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Contribute to sprint planning, design reviews, and agile ceremonies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- 5 - 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and React front-end development.
- Proven expertise in designing and developing modern, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces.
- Solid hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, and modern CSS/SCSS frameworks.
- Experience in Azure environment and DevOps pipeline setup for CI/CD workflows.
- Prior exposure to GenAI or ML-based product development, integrating AI models into frontend interfaces.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API-driven architectures and integration of AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
- Familiarity with MLOps, model visualization, or generative content workflows.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and data visualization techniques.
