Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. AI Practice Strategy & Growth

Define and own the
AI practice vision, strategy, and roadmap
aligned with business objectives.
Build a scalable portfolio of
AI products, accelerators, and industry solutions
.
Drive
AI deal pipeline creation
, solution positioning, and win strategy.
Partner with sales and leadership teams to grow
AI revenue, deal size, and strategic accounts
.

2. AI Solutioning & Deal Shaping

Lead
end-to-end AI solutioning
for large, complex customer deals.
Conceptualize AI transformation journeys including:
Enterprise Copilot adoption
GenAI platforms and agentic AI solutions
Data-to-AI modernization programs
Own technical and functional responses for
RFPs, proposals, and executive solution defenses
.

AI Program & Delivery Oversight

Provide executive oversight for
large-scale AI programs
across customers.
Ensure alignment between
business outcomes, architecture, and delivery execution
.
Govern AI programs across:
Microsoft Azure / Copilot
AWS AI platforms

Product, Platform & Innovation Leadership

Drive creation and evolution of:
Enterprise AI platforms

People & Leadership Management

Build, lead, and mentor
senior AI program leaders, architects, and delivery heads
.

Experience & Qualifications

18+ years
of overall IT / digital transformation experience.
10+ years
in leadership roles spanning AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
Proven experience
conceptualizing, selling, and delivering large AI programs
.
Strong background in
consulting, system integration, or technology services
.
