As a Junior AI Operations Engineer at ABC, you will play a crucial role in accelerating innovation within the GenAI product development team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI systems. By handling operational tasks efficiently, you will enable senior engineers to focus on complex problem-solving. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** - Accelerate innovation by executing and monitoring AI experiments to ensure reliable model behavior. - Manage API keys, data flow configurations, and agent deployments across development and production environments. - Develop automation scripts using Python to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual intervention. - Collaborate with ML engineers to support evaluation pipelines and deployment processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute and monitor AI experiments, tracking logs, retries, and performance metrics. - Manage API keys, data flow configurations, and agent deployments. - Develop automation scripts using Python. - Support evaluation pipelines and deployment processes. - Troubleshoot deployment issues and maintain operational documentation. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of engineering experience with strong Python programming skills and REST API integration. - Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and experience with deployment tools and automation frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools for system health and performance. - Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn AI/ML operations. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments.
