We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science, programming, and deep learning frameworks, with a passion for solving complex business problems through AI.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models.
Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to preprocess and analyze large datasets.
Experiment with various algorithms, evaluate model performance, and fine-tune for production readiness.
Develop APIs and integrate ML solutions into existing systems and applications.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply best practices.
Document processes, models, and workflows to ensure reproducibility and clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP techniques.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience deploying ML models into production.
Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
