AI / Machine Learning & Generative AI Trainer

Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled AI / Machine Learning Engineer with exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) who can design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems using modern AI, ML, and GenAI techniques. The candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with data, and the ability to convert business problems into AI-driven and GenAI-powered solutions. Roles & Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI models Work with structured and unstructured data for data preprocessing and feature engineering Build and optimize ML algorithms for prediction, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems Develop GenAI solutions using LLMs for text generation, chatbots, summarization, and Q&A systems Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models using Python-based ML and DL libraries Implement prompt engineering techniques for LLM-based applications Deploy ML and GenAI models into production environments Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and Generative AI Required Skills : Strong knowledge of Python Experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering) Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn Understanding of Data Science concepts Basic knowledge of Deep Learning and Neural Networks Familiarity with SQL and data handling Knowledge of Git / Version Control Preferred Skills : Experience with Generative AI & LLMs (ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face) Knowledge of Prompt Engineering Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch Knowledge of NLP and Computer Vision Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Basic understanding of MLOps Experience in API development (Flask / FastAPI) Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field Relevant AI / ML / Generative AI certifications are a plus
