AI Lead


🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI/ML initiatives and guide junior engineers
  • Build and fine-tune

    Large Language Models (LLMs)

    and NLP pipelines
  • Design machine learning workflows for classification, prediction, and recommendation systems
  • Integrate AI models into production environments with scalability and performance in mind
  • Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and experimentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI outputs with business goals
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in deep learning, LLMs, and generative AI


✅ Required Skills and Qualifications:

✔️ 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering

Python

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

LLMs

✔️ Familiarity with ML Ops tools, version control, and deployment practices

✔️ Solid grasp of AI ethics, model evaluation, and optimization

✔️ Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers

✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
