About the Role

We’re a small, high-ownership product team building next-gen financial products. We’re looking for an AI Generalist who can design, build, and ship agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered systems—not just experiments, but real production tools used for finance, investing, and operations.This role sits at the intersection of AI, data, and business decision-making. You’ll work closely with investment and strategy teams to turn messy real-world problems into scalable AI systems.What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLMs, APIs, and tool calling
• Design internal AI tools for research automation, data extraction, and analysis
• Work with structured and unstructured data (financial statements, filings, documents, text)
• Experiment with prompt engineering, evaluation, fine-tuning, and retrieval (RAG)
• Integrate vector databases, embeddings, and external data sources
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve systems for accuracy, reliability, and speed
• Translate business problems in finance and investing into AI-first solutions

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
• Strong Python skills; comfortable working with APIs
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks
• Comfortable working with data (SQL, Pandas, or equivalent)
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
