As a Sales and Marketing Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Build the Sales and Marketing Engine: You will be tasked with designing the AI-powered systems that drive our CSR partnerships funnel, covering the entire process from outreach to onboarding to renewal. - Drive Outreach & Conversion: Utilize AI to conduct lead research, create contextual messaging, and execute smart, automated experiments aimed at enhancing engagement. - Run Campaigns End-to-End: Take ownership of timelines, launch plans, nudges, and follow-ups to ensure seamless execution of every campaign. - Create Systems, Not Just Slides: Develop templates, automations, and workflows that empower the team to be more efficient, agile, and prepared for the future. Established in 2011 by Satish Manchikanti and Ajit Sivaram, it operates as a registered charitable trust.
