AI & Enterprise Application Architect

You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of both AI-powered systems (including Agentic AI and GenAI applications) and enterprise Line-of-Business (LoB) applications. This role requires a visionary leader who combines deep technical expertise with business understanding, capable of designing end-to-end solutions, recommending the right infrastructure, and building strong engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include rapid Proof of Concept (PoC) creation, guiding the transition to production-grade systems, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Architect Agentic AI systems, including LLM orchestration, workflows, RAG pipelines, and automation. - Evaluate and adopt modern AI frameworks, ensuring scalability and performance. - Independently architect enterprise-grade applications aligned with business needs. - Translate business workflows into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. - Assess and recommend infrastructure requirements specific to AI/GenAI applications, including GPU clusters and accelerators, vector databases, caching, data pipelines, scalable storage, high-throughput networking, containerization for AI service orchestration, and cloud-native AI services. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and be proactive in building PoCs to validate ideas. - Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams, driving scrums, sprint planning, and agile delivery practices. - Establish and enforce core engineering practices and collaborate across teams to ensure technical design alignment with business strategy. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in architecture leadership roles. - Strong background in AI/ML systems and enterprise software architecture. - Hands-on expertise in Frontend (React / React Native), Backend (Node.js, APIs, microservices architecture), Mobile App Architecture (Android/iOS), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), GPU infra for AI/GenAI, Databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector databases), APIs, microservices, containerization. - Proven ability to design LoB applications independently and experience in rapid PoC creation and production transition. - Strong business understanding and excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Nice to Have: - Experience with LLM orchestration tools and exposure to enterprise CRM/ERP/CCaaS solutions. - Prior experience delivering AI + business applications in large enterprise environments.
