AI Engineering Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Ford's Supply Chain Analytics Team as an AI Engineering Manager with expertise in NLP/LLM/GenAI. In this role, you will be hands-on in employing various NLP/Prompt engineering techniques to design and develop Agentic AI solutions for Supply Chain Problems across Ford globally. You will lead a small team and collaborate with technical experts worldwide to implement cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design NLP/LLM/GenAI applications/products incorporating robust coding practices - Design Agentic AI Systems leveraging MCP protocol (or Google ADK) - Explore state-of-the-art models and techniques for automotive industry use cases - Conduct ML experiments to train/infer models, ensuring compliance with memory and latency restrictions - Deploy REST APIs or minimalistic UI for NLP applications using Docker and Kubernetes tools - Showcase NLP/LLM/GenAI applications effectively through web frameworks like Dash, Plotly, and Streamlit - Converge multibots into super apps using LLMs with multimodalities - Develop agentic workflow using Autogen, Agentbuilder, langgraph, and MCP protocols - Build modular AI/ML products for scalable consumption Qualifications: - Experience: 5+ years with management experience preferred - Education: Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or Science - Completion of modern NLP/LLM courses/open competitions is welcomed Additional Company Details: You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of technical experts from around the world on innovative products leveraging Agentic AI solutions.
