AI Engineer

As a GenAI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing GenAI solutions using LLMs, NLP, and computer vision. You will lead product teams in building scalable, LLM-powered digital products and manage client onboarding, rollout, and ongoing enhancements. Additionally, you will be building and maintaining RAG pipelines and LLMOps workflows, working with cloud GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS, and GCP. Your role will also involve integrating APIs, automating workflows, and evaluating and optimizing LLM performance using observability tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs, NLP, and computer vision. - Lead product teams in building scalable, LLM-powered digital products. - Manage client onboarding, rollout, and ongoing enhancements. - Build and maintain RAG pipelines and LLMOps workflows. - Work with cloud GenAI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS, GCP). - Integrate APIs and automate workflows. - Evaluate and optimize LLM performance using observability tools. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors in CS/AI/ML or equivalent experience. - 2+ years in software development or applied ML. - Experience with Voice AI (e.g., ElevenLabs, Twilio, ASR, NLU). - Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, GPT-4, Codex, Azure ML. - Proficiency in Python and GenAI tools: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph. - Experience with RAG pipelines, vector DBs (FAISS, Milvus), LLM APIs. - Familiar with LLM observability tools (LangSmith, LangFuse). - Strong skills in Git, APIs, JSON, and cloud platforms. This is a full-time position with a preferred experience of 3 years as a Gen AI Engineer. The work location is in person at Mohali, Punjab with a day shift timing of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
