Your Contribution:

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to work with large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems to improve the way our platform personalizes and optimizes website experiences. You’ll work hands-on with the latest tools like Hugging Face, Crew AI, and Langchain to develop, fine-tune, and integrate LLM functionalities into our product. This role requires a deep understanding of how to optimize AI outputs and an enthusiasm for fine-tuning models to deliver superior user experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and Optimize Prompts: Create and refine prompts for LLMs to improve output quality and ensure alignment with our use cases.
• Fine-Tune LLMs: Customize LLMs to better serve our product’s needs, ensuring they deliver tailored, context-specific responses.
• Build Web Services: Expose LLM functionalities as web services using Python and FastAPI for seamless integration into our platform.
• Collaborate on Integrations: Work closely with a small, passionate team to incorporate LLM and multi-agent capabilities into our product.
• Ensure Security and Best Practices: Maintain high standards of security and follow industry best practices for handling LLMs and AI-driven services.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and maintain the highest levels of code quality.
• Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve issues related to LLM performance and web services.
• Contribute to Strategy: Play an active role in shaping our product roadmap and strategy, with a particular focus on leveraging LLMs and AI technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Essential for collaborating in a remote-first team.
• Proficiency in Python: A solid grasp of Python for AI development.
• Experience with FastAPI: Strong experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks for building and exposing APIs.
• Deep Knowledge of LLMs: A strong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, and the ability to fine-tune models to align with specific use cases.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning Concepts: A good grasp of key machine learning principles and techniques.
• Experience with Web Services and RESTful APIs: Proficiency in building and consuming web services.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a Startup Environment: Experience in fast-moving, dynamic startup settings where flexibility and ownership are key.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Knowledge of Other ML Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
