• Ability to differentiate and work with AI agents vs. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approaches.

• Proficiency in semantic search methodologies.
• Experience with vector databases and related libraries, such as Redis VL and Pinecone.

• Experience with fine-tuning, machine learning model training, feedback loops, reinforcement learning, data labeling/tagging, and self-improving systems.

• 8) Tool & Platform Familiarity

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, Perplexity, and OpenAI ChatGPT.
