Job Summary

AI Engineer – NLP

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop

    NLP models and pipelines

  • Work on tasks such as text classification, NER, sentiment analysis, summarization, and Q&A
  • Implement and fine-tune

    transformer-based models

    (BERT, GPT, T5, etc.)
  • Prepare and preprocess large-scale text datasets
  • Deploy NLP models into production systems
  • Collaborate with backend, data, and product teams
  • Monitor and improve model performance and accuracy
  • Maintain clean, well-documented, and scalable code

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in

    AI / NLP development

  • Strong programming skills in

    Python

  • Experience with

    NLP libraries

    (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face, Gensim)
  • Hands-on experience with

    PyTorch or TensorFlow

  • Solid understanding of

    transformers and language models

  • Experience integrating models via APIs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
