AI Engineer

You will be responsible for developing and implementing AI and machine learning (ML) models and algorithms. You will leverage generative AI (GenAI) models to create innovative solutions and utilize multimodal techniques to enhance the performance and capabilities of AI systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will lead and manage the implementation of large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. It is essential to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning (ML), and generative AI (GenAI). To excel in this role, you should have more than 3 years of experience in AI engineering or a related field. Proven experience in call center automation and related AI solutions, as well as demonstrated experience in the implementation of large-scale AI projects, will be advantageous. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark are also desirable. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required for this position. In terms of functional skills, you should possess strong AI, machine learning (ML) skills and programming skills in languages like Python, R, or SQL. An in-depth knowledge of machine learning (ML) algorithms and their applications, as well as experience with AI techniques, frameworks, and generative AI (GenAI) models, will be beneficial.
