Job Title: AI Engineer (LangChain, Azure Ecosystem)

About the Role:

AI Engineer

on-site, full-time position

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI/LLM-based applications using

  LangChain

  and related components.
• Structure complex data flows using

  LangChain Runnables

  , agents, and memory components.
• Build reusable schemas and validation logic using

  Pydantic

  .
• Integrate with

  Microsoft Azure

  services, including (but not limited to):
• Azure OpenAI
• Azure Functions
• Azure Search
• Azure Blob Storage
• Optimize prompt engineering and caching strategies.
• Develop internal tooling to support modular AI pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, and infra teams to deploy robust AI systems in production.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Strong Python skills with experience in

  LangChain

  and its ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of

  Pydantic

  (models, validation, serialization).
• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with:
• Azure Cognitive Search
• Vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Redis, Pinecone)
• Prompt templates and prompt optimization
• Knowledge of async programming in Python.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment workflows (Docker, CI/CD).
