Full Stack Developer (React Focus)

As a Full Stack Developer with strong React expertise, you will play a crucial role in designing and building scalable web applications. Your responsibilities will span across the entire stack, from creating responsive UIs using React to implementing RESTful APIs and database schemas. It will be your duty to ensure the performance, security, and maintainability of the applications you develop. Collaboration with designers, backend engineers, and product managers will be essential in delivering modern and user-centric solutions. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing user interfaces using React.js, focusing on responsiveness and performance. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services using technologies such as Node.js, Express, .NET, or Python. Building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints, integrating with third-party APIs, authentication providers, and data platforms will also be part of your daily tasks. Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns is crucial. Active participation in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, and agile development processes is expected from you. Collaborating with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions will be key to the success of the projects you work on. Furthermore, deploying and monitoring applications using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP will be part of your routine tasks. The required skills and qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of experience in React.js, along with strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js/Express, Django, Flask, or ASP.NET Core is essential. A solid understanding of databases, whether relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase), is also required. Proficiency with Git, Docker, and modern development toolchains is expected, as well as familiarity with unit testing and tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are highly valued. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with Next.js, SSR/SSG, or micro-frontends. Cloud deployment experience with platforms like Vercel, Netlify, Azure App Services, or AWS Lambda is a plus.
