AI Engineer

Summary :

We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands‑on experience building and deploying AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph. The ideal candidate is passionate about applied AI, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to be involved in end‑to‑end project execution. Familiarity with **Azure Cloud services is preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
• ⁠ ⁠Build and optimize LLM workflows, agents, and retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines.
• ⁠ ⁠Take complete ownership of project modules, from ideation to deployment.
• ⁠ ⁠Develop modular and scalable AI system components, including prompt templates, tools, and evaluation pipelines.
• ⁠ ⁠Work with Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
• ⁠ ⁠Integrate AI models into existing client systems and product architectures.
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to transform requirements into working solutions.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability.
• ⁠ ⁠Document work clearly and maintain production‑ready codebases.
• ⁠ ⁠Keep up with new AI frameworks, techniques, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

• ⁠ ⁠2 to 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong experience with LangChain and familiarity with LangGraph.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience working with Azure Cloud services.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in Python.
• ⁠ ⁠Understanding of vector databases and retrieval pipelines.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience with REST APIs and backend development.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to handle end‑to‑end execution of AI projects with minimal supervision.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• ⁠ ⁠Experience with Azure OpenAI Service or other cloud‑hosted LLMs.
• ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Kubernetes or containerized deployments.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.
• ⁠ ⁠Exposure to CI/CD workflows.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience working with consulting clients or in a fast‑paced startup environment.
