As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will contribute to the development of creative applications and chatbots using Generative AI technologies. As an Associate you will focus on learning and supporting senior team members while building foundational skills in the entire stack development and cloud-hosted deployments. This role offers a unique chance to deepen your understanding of Large Language Models and prompt engineering in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation of innovative applications and chatbots using Generative AI

- Support senior team members in end-to-end development tasks

- Build foundational skills in cloud-hosted deployments

- Engage in learning opportunities related to Large Language Models

- Participate in prompt engineering projects in a dynamic setting

- Collaborate with team members to enhance project outcomes

- Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 2+ years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Certifications in AI/ML from Coursera, Udemy, or Udacity

- Certifications on AI ML use cases related to NLP concepts

- Certifications in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

- Fundamentals in TypeScript, React, Node.js (or equivalent backend), and Python scripting/backend.

- Certifications in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

- Basic understanding of Generative AI and LLMs

- Familiarity with RESTful API development

- Awareness of CI/CD concepts and build pipelines

- Interest in integrating AI/ML capabilities into web applications

- Demonstrated prompt engineering skills

- Experience with Git and version control workflows
