Kolkata,West Bengal,India +1 more Job ID 769126 Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and scaling machine learning and GenAI (LLM-based) solutions across business domains. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to turn innovative ideas into impactful solutions using state-of-the-art cloud technologies and MLOps practices. What you will do: Develop, Train, Test, and Deploy Machine Learning and GenAI-LLM models. Collect, Clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets for AI/ML training and evaluation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions. Design and implement scalable AI services and pipelines using Python and Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).Continuously improve model performance through tuning, optimization, and retraining. Knowledge of MLOps practices to use IaC to deploy models into production and industrialising the business solution The skills you bring: Strong expertise in AWS services: Glue, SageMaker, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, IAM, etc. Solid programming skills in Python and experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing. Experience with DevOps/MLOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. Experience & Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in ML/AI model development and deployment. Why join Ericsson?
