AI Engineer

You are a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer at Microsoft CoPilot, responsible for leveraging your expertise in AI technologies and the Microsoft ecosystem. Your main focus will be to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and automation solutions to enhance business processes and provide value to clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions using Microsoft tools and platforms will be a key part of your role. - Design, implement, and optimize AI agents using Microsoft CoPilot and related technologies. - Develop custom AI solutions utilizing Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, and other Microsoft tools. - Deploy AI solutions within client environments, ensuring scalability and seamless integration with existing systems. - Identify automation opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders and customize solutions to meet business needs. - Design and implement machine learning algorithms with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and provide technical guidance and support. - Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and Microsoft's AI technologies. - Contribute to knowledge sharing through training sessions and documenting best practices. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications. - Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Extensive experience in the Microsoft environment, specifically with expertise in CoPilot and related technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
