Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience and strong expertise in recommendation systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions, with a focus on personalized and in-app recommendations that enhance user engagement.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
Proven expertise in recommendation systems (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid)
Hands-on experience with in-app recommendation engines
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Experience with FastAPI or Flask for backend development
Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, or similar frameworks

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model training or fine-tuning
Understanding of GCP or other cloud-based AI/ML deployments
Familiarity with scalable API and microservices architecture

Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI-driven recommendation systems for user personalization
Build scalable backend services and APIs using FastAPI or Flask
Integrate AI frameworks like LangChain or RAG into recommendation workflows
Manage data pipelines and SQL databases for model inputs and insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI features
Research and prototype new AI-driven personalisation techniques
