Role Objective

AI tools, data platforms, and automation

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Market Research

Use
AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
to:
- Identify importer/distributor segments by country
- Analyze market demand, pricing trends, and competitor presence
- Generate country-wise market insights
Use AI to refine
HS code-based research
and trade intelligence
Combine AI with:
- B2B platforms (Alibaba, Global Sources, Kompass)
- Import/export databases (TradeMap, Panjiva)

Database & Reporting

Build and maintain a structured database of prospects (company profile & contact details)
Prepare country-wise market intelligence reports
Track and update leads in Excel
Share weekly/monthly progress reports with management

Buyer Validation & Intelligence

Use AI to:
- Cross-verify buyer authenticity (website, LinkedIn, trade history)
- Summarize company profiles

Outreach Support

Draft personalized cold emails and Linkedin messages using AI
Support follow-ups & response tracking
Create AI-generated presentations & reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Chat GPT/ Perplexity / Gemini
Industry exposure to Hardware / Furniture Fittings / Building Materials are required.
Graduates with AI certifications.
