AI Domain Architect - Director

Role Overview: As a member of the Global Data & AI Architecture team at PepsiCo, your main role will be to define the appropriate architecture that supports high-priority data, analytics, and AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Define AI north star architecture and tech strategy, including leading tech evaluation and selection, and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders such as AI Solutions and Platform, Data Science, Enterprise Solutions, and Digital Products and Applications team. - Establish AI architecture principles and design patterns to cater to all types of AI (ML, DL, Generative AI) for guiding AI solution development. - Conduct regular market research to keep abreast of AI trends and adjust the technology strategy accordingly. - Evaluate existing AI architectures, create roadmaps to achieve north star architecture, and drive the rationalization of existing AI solutions. - Lead the AI Architecture Community of Practice to review AI topics and provide coaching and guidance to stakeholders. - Govern D&AI products solution architectures to ensure compliance with AI standards and reduce tech debt. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated AI solutions. Qualifications Required: Experience: - Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions in a complex enterprise environment. - Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including ML/DL/LLM algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision. - Experience with popular AI frameworks and tools for building enterprise-scale AI-enabled applications. - Knowledge of data engineering principles and best practices for architecting data to enable effective AI solutions. - Consulting experience in building data, analytics, and AI strategies for clients preferred. - Experience working in large multinational enterprises with CPG industry experience preferred. Functional Skills: - Strong understanding and experience with MLOps, DLOps, and LLMOps frameworks. - Strong understanding of Responsible AI governance, security, and privacy management. - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategy and roadmap. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities using AI. - Desire to stay updated with advancements in AI technologies. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance long-term and short-term implications of decisions.
