Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns
• Build and manage lead generation funnels across paid & organic channels
• Implement AI automation workflows using tools like n8n, AI agents, CRM automation, etc.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve conversions
• Manage and optimize SEO, SMM, and paid campaigns
• Work closely with sales/business teams to align marketing goals with revenue

Core Digital Marketing

✔ Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals

✔ Proven experience in ROI-based & performance marketing

✔ Hands-on expertise in lead generation (B2B & B2C)

SEO & Social Media

✔ SEO: On-page, Off-page & Technical

✔ SMM: Organic & Paid campaigns

AI & Automation (Must-Have)

✔ AI automation knowledge

✔ n8n workflow creation

✔ Marketing automation tools

✔ AI-powered analytics & optimization

Mindset

✔ Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM automation
