AI DevSecOps Lead

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead
the design, implementation, and management of cloud-native deployment platforms across Azure.
Establish and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
practices using Terraform to ensure repeatable, auditable, and secure infrastructure provisioning.
Implement and optimize containerization and orchestration
using Docker and Kubernetes for highly scalable AI workloads.
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
, embedding SAST, DAST, and other security checks into GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps workflows.
Ensure compliance and audibility
by automating evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and industry-specific certifications.
Drive observability and resilience
by integrating logging, monitoring, and alerting into the DevSecOps framework.
Collaborate closely
with AI architects, product engineers, and QA teams to deliver secure, fast, and reliable product releases.

Key Skills Required

Strong expertise in
Azure DevOps
and
GitHub Actions
for enterprise-scale CI/CD.
Hands-on experience with
Docker
and
Kubernetes
for containerization and orchestration.
Proven ability in
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
using Terraform (preferred) or equivalent.
Deep understanding of
DevSecOps principles
, including embedding security into pipelines.
Knowledge of
OWASP Top 10
vulnerabilities, and practical implementation of
SAST/DAST tools
.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as
SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for production-grade AI/SaaS systems.
Leadership mindset with the ability to
influence cross-functional teams
and
mentor junior DevOps engineers
