AI development engineer

Role Overview: As an AI Development Engineer at Dozen Diamonds, you will be responsible for research and development, software development, programming, testing, and electronics in the creation and enhancement of AI technologies. Your role will be based in Nagpur with the flexibility to work from home as needed. You will primarily focus on building, deploying, and maintaining AI models that automate tasks, personalize customer interactions, and improve CRM efficiency within an automatic CRM system. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis and Preparation: - Gather and organize customer data from various sources such as CRM, social media, email, and website. - Clean, transform, and prepare data for use in AI models. - Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights. - AI Model Development: - Choose appropriate AI algorithms (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing) for specific CRM tasks. - Train AI models on collected data to learn patterns and make predictions. - Fine-tune model parameters to optimize performance and accuracy. - AI Model Deployment and Integration: - Integrate AI models into the CRM system to enable automation and personalization. - Create APIs for AI models to communicate with the CRM system. - Deploy AI models to a cloud or on-premise infrastructure. - Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: - Monitor the performance of AI models and identify areas for improvement. - Retrain AI models periodically with new data to maintain accuracy and relevance. - Ensure the reliability and scalability of AI models. Specific Applications within CRM: - Automatically score leads based on their likelihood of conversion. - Provide personalized product or service recommendations to customers. - Generate and send automated email campaigns based on customer behavior. - Forecast customer behavior, predict churn, and identify high-value customers. - Develop AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for customer support. - Analyze customer interactions to understand sentiment and identify potential issues.
