AI Developer

Required Technical Skill Set

Self-driven, hands-on AI Engineer with strong expertise in developing AI-powered solutions using AI Assistants and Code Assistants. Should have in-depth knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and solid programming experience in Python and Node.js. He will play a key role in building intelligent systems, automating development workflows, and contributing to innovation across projects.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Build and deploy AI solutions using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude and Windsurf etc.
• Design and develop applications using Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenDevin).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into end-to-end software development life cycles.
• Work on ML/DL models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and automation use cases.
• Proficient in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers.
• Experience with neural networks, LLMs, vector embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Good knowledge of Git, DevOps pipelines, and containerization
• Develop APIs and AI agents using Python and Node.js.
• Continuously evaluate and fine-tune neural network architectures.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize assistant-based development.
• Create and maintain documentation, reusable components, and pipelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, LLMs, and autonomous agent architectures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.

Good-to-Have

• Experience integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face models) into production.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or memory-based agent systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads.
• Prior experience in AI-driven AMS or support automation is a plus.
