Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Remote (initially) → Gurgaon, Sector-48 (after first few months)
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per monthAbout the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is proficient in Python and React Native to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable applications, working across both backend and frontend, and collaborating closely with our product and design teams.Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using Python (backend) and React Native (mobile frontend).
• Design, build, and maintain APIs and integrations.
• Work with databases ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to speed up development and maintain efficiency.
• Debug and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python and experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and modern development workflows.
• Cloud familiarity: AWS, GCP, or Azure (basic to intermediate).
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) effectively for coding and problem solving.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Work Setup

• Remote for the first few months.
• After that, work from office in Gurgaon, Sector-48.

Compensation

• ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (fixed).
