Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on AI/ML Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our cutting-edge Generative AI developement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building Agentic AI , Multimodal RAG applications, Fine tuning and Prompt Engineering with practical experience in vector databases, embeddings, and model integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy Multimodal RAG architectures for enterprise AI use cases.

Work with embedding models, chunking strategies, and vector databases (e.g., VertexAI, PGVector, Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant).

Integrate LLMs such as Gemini 2.5, Gemma 3 , or LLaMA 4 into GenAI pipelines.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and support MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable deployment on GCP or AWS cloud platforms.

Perform continuous evaluation and optimization of GenAI models for performance, relevance, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills:

5-6 years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on GenAI or RAG systems

Strong hands-on experience with:

Vector databases (e.g., VertexAI, FAISS, PGVector, Pinecone, Milvus)

Text/image/audio chunking, embedding generation, and vector search

Multimodal input handling and retrieval strategies

Familiarity with GCP /Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock platforms is an added advantage

Experience working with LLMs like Gemini, Gemma, LLaMA 4, or similar

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, LangChain, or other LLMOps tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AIML, Data Science, or a related field

Certification in GCP/AWS/ML preferred

Open-source contributions or published projects in GenAI or RAG , Agentic AI domains
