AI Developer (Experience in Python, Chatbot Development)

THE ROLE

• You will work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, maintaining, training, and defining support procedures of Chatbot to ensure it can take on large amount of data to achieve the desired results.
• You will articulate and document the Chatbot architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and constantly analyse statistics, data and algorithms to achieve accuracy.
• You will Analyse and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions in Chatbot while setting and maintaining high ethical standards.
• You will Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions.
• You will Stay updated on AI knowledge, trends and regulations.

• You should have BE/BTech degree.
• You should have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in algorithms, and statistics - Python /JS developers with LLM / RAG / Chatbot development, conversant with Langchain and Postgres databases.
• You should have experience in Python, JavaScript and preferably PHP.
• You should have experience working on Azure Cloud platform Web technologies API tools.
• You should have Strong knowledge of functional, reactive and object-oriented programming.
• You should have experience in designing large data volumes and performance.
• You should have Experience in handling databases such as Postgres / MySQL / MSSQL optional skill - HTML

• Maternity leave:

  Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
