Job Description

As an AI Data Scientist , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning models that drive business insights and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems using large datasets, bringing impactful solutions particularly in AI, data analytics, and model development.

Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions for various business problems.
Work on deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, and transformer models for tasks across computer vision, natural language processing, and time series analysis.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and data analysis to support AI model development.
Collaborate effectively with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to integrate AI-driven insights into products or decision-making processes.
Apply advanced AI techniques including reinforcement learning, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs) to enhance innovation.
Conduct experiments, fine-tune models, and evaluate performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Communicate technical findings and insights clearly to business stakeholders and executive teams.
Adhere to Agile methodologies and promote best practices for AI ethics and responsible AI deployments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or computational modelling.
Proficient in Python programming and experience using ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
Hands-on experience with deep learning techniques for NLP and computer vision (transformers, CNN, RNN).
Experience with generative AI models, large language models, and model deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong skills in data manipulation, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and big data technologies.
Familiarity with tools such as SQL, R, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, finance, or technology sectors highly regarded.
Experience working in Agile teams and deploying production-level AI solutions.
Knowledge of ethical AI practices, data privacy, and governance.
