This is not a traditional social media executive role.

You’ll work at the intersection of:

• Video storytelling
• AI tools & experimentation
• Digital characters, formats & virality
• Quality, consistency & creative finesse

If you spend time thinking why some creators blow up, why some videos feel premium, or how AI can help tell better stories — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Research what makes

  video characters & creators grow

  (formats, hooks, pacing, emotions)
• Help conceptualise and execute

  AI-generated videos

  (shorts, reels, long-form)
• Experiment with AI tools for scripting, visuals, voices, and editing
• Focus on

  quality, consistency, and polish

  , not just volume
• Study global creators, films, and trends — and adapt insights for Indian audiences
• Continuously refine storytelling, visuals, tone, and production finesse

Who We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you are:

• A

  creative geek

  — equal parts imagination + curiosity
• Deeply interested in films, videos, storytelling, or creator culture
• Comfortable experimenting, failing fast, and iterating
• Obsessed with why something works, not just what works
• Willing to learn AI tools hands-on (prior expertise not mandatory)
• More excited by creating something meaningful than just doing a job

Backgrounds we like (not mandatory):

• Media / Mass Comm / Design / Film / Literature
• Engineering or science grads with strong creative bent
• Self-taught editors, writers, creators, cinephiles

Tools You May Work With

• AI tools for video, images, voice, and scripts
• Video editing and post-production tools
• Research and trend-tracking platforms
