What You will Own?

Digital Marketing (50%)

• Run and optimize ads on

  Amazon

  ,

  Meta

  , and

  Google

• Work with agency/freelancers to track ROAS and keyword performance
• Manage influencer outreach and affiliate partnerships
• Build creatives/copy with team using Canva/Figma & extensive use of AI

Product Management (50%)

• Create and maintain listings across platforms (Amazon, Zepto, Flipkart, etc.)
• Monitor ratings, reviews, inventory, and returns
• Co-lead new product launches from sampling to packaging
• Maintain MIS reports and performance trackers

  , growth tracking, and performance metrics
• Ability to handle

  ambiguity

  , juggle priorities, and solve real-world execution problems
• Bonus if: You’ve run your own
