Role & responsibilities This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing and product execution . Youll help grow the brand across platforms and also roll up your sleeves to manage product listings, performance tracking, and new launches. This is not a narrow digital role. Digital Marketing (50%) Run and optimize ads on Amazon , Meta , and Google Work with agency/freelancers to track ROAS and keyword performance Manage influencer outreach and affiliate partnerships Build creatives/copy with team using Canva/Figma & extensive use of AI Product Management (50%) Create and maintain listings across platforms (Amazon, Zepto, Flipkart, etc.) Monitor ratings, reviews, inventory, and returns Co-lead new product launches from sampling to packaging Maintain MIS reports and performance trackers ENSURE READING THIS BEFORE CLICKIN APPLY BUTTON! And yes, it helps if you also have some of this: 0–2 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce , or early-stage startups Basic hands-on with Amazon Ads, Meta Ads , and tools like Canva/Figma Comfort with spreadsheets , growth tracking, and performance metrics Ability to handle ambiguity , juggle priorities, and solve real-world execution problems Bonus if: You’ve run your own brand/page/channel , or interned at a fast-paced startup
