Mandatory Requirement: Understanding of SpringAI and practical experience in building AI-driven chatbots.

Eligibility:

• 4–7 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Understanding of SpringAI and practical experience in building AI-driven chatbots.
• Understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with AWS services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend components and services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features and chatbots using Spring AI.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
• Optimize database design, queries, and performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS cloud services.
• Debug and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Document development processes and code changes.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, Java frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Programming Skills:

  Expert in Java.

• Frameworks:

  Strong experience with Spring Boot and hands-on with Spring AI.

• AI Development:

  Exposure to building, training, and integrating AI-powered chatbots.

• Databases:

  Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

• Cloud:

  Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) is a plus.

• Version Control:

  Experience with Git.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical and debugging skills.
