Join BeGig as an AI Backend Engineer and build the APIs, pipelines, and infrastructure powering AI applications, agent workflows, and high-volume inference systems.

Role Overview

As an AI Backend Engineer, you will:

• Build backend services integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector DBs.
• Design scalable APIs with proper caching, authentication, and rate-limits.
• Implement data processing pipelines for prompts, documents, and inference workloads.
• Deploy backend systems using cloud-native tooling and CI/CD.
• Monitor performance, latency, and system reliability.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in backend engineering (AI experience preferred).
• Languages: Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Tools: FastAPI, Flask, Express, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Infra: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Postgres.
• Bonus: Experience with vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
