AI Automation Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented No-Code Automation Intern to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in identifying, designing, and implementing workflow automations that streamline our business processes. You will have the opportunity to work directly with us to drive efficiency and learn the practical application of modern no-code tools. This position is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of automation principles and a strong desire to learn and apply new technologies rapidly. Key Responsibilities: Build and Implement Automations: Design, develop, and deploy new workflow automations primarily using n8n. Maintain and Optimize: Take ownership of existing automations, ensuring they run smoothly, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. Process Improvement: Proactively identify manual, repetitive tasks across the organization that are ripe for automation, and propose innovative, scalable solutions. Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for all new and existing automation workflows. Continuous Learning: Dedicate time to learning new no-code platforms, API functionalities, and problem-solving techniques to expand our automation capabilities. Qualifications: Direct Experience with n8n: Demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and manage workflows using the n8n platform is a must. Automation Mindset: A strong understanding of the "if this, then that" logic and how different web services and APIs connect. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues in complex workflows and implement effective solutions. Self-Starter: A high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently to research and learn new tools and functionalities quickly. Preferred, but not RequiredFamiliarity with other no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat, Airtable, Webflow). Basic understanding of APIs (REST, JSON) and how to interact with them. Experience with a scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a bonus but not required for success in this role.
