AI Architect

Company:

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to design and lead cutting-edge AI/ML solutions across our products and platforms. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and enterprise-grade AI architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the overall AI solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  
• Lead the design and delivery of LLM-driven applications and intelligent agents.
  
• Drive strategy for model selection, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization.
  
• Architect integrations between AI systems, APIs, tools, and enterprise data sources.
  
• Establish best practices for coding, version control, CI/CD, and MLOps pipelines.
  
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  
• Mentor and guide developers/data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI, agentic frameworks, and AI research.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning or related field.
  
• 12 15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture & leadership.
  
• Expert programming skills in Python; solid experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX.
  
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI.
  
• Strong knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and knowledge graphs.
  
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Proven ability to architect and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
